The beginning of a new week. I haven’t been feeling the best lately. That is why I’m starting Monday with a trip to the grocery store to get fresh fruits and veggies. I have been making sure my toddler gets all her nutrients but I have sorta been forgetting about me. Sometimes I eat once a day and then I wonder why I feel sick. 🤧
